When someone calls for an estimate, we will schedule a free consultation with a landscape designer at their property. The customer will discuss with the designer their needs for the project is. He will take some measurements and make professional recommendations.

The designer will email the bid and design if needed within 1 week of the initial meeting. If the bid is accepted there is a 50% deposit for work under $5,000. Anything over $5,000, is split into 1/3. 33% is due upon signing contract / 33% due the day we start / 34% due upon completion.
