Your Design + Build Consultation, Step by Step
Every project with Above & Beyond CGM begins with understanding your vision. Our design + build consultations are structured to give you clarity, confidence, and a hands-on preview of how your outdoor space will come to life.
Below, you’ll see exactly what to expect before, during, and after your consultation — including helpful tips to prepare and make the most of your time with our team.
What to Expect:
We’ll spend about an hour walking your space with you. We’ll:
- Look at your property and take measurements
- Discuss your design ideas in the actual space
- Talk through how you want to use the outdoor area
- Answer any questions you have
- Explain what happens next (you’ll come to our showroom to see a 3D design of YOUR property)
After the visit:
We’ll create a custom 3D design of your property. Then we’ll schedule your showroom appointment where you’ll walk through the design with us while seeing and touching the actual materials we’ll use.
Before the visit:
- Make sure the area is easy to access
- Have pets secured
- That’s it – we’ll handle the rest.

To make the most of your hour together, here are a few things to think about before we arrive:
